Abby Flamholz

Abby Flamholz is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Worth Venture Partners LLC. In her role, she is primarily responsible for the oversight of portfolio construction, manager selection, risk management, and tax-aware structuring. Her extensive experience in the financial industry includes notable positions such as Managing Director, Head of Convertibles and Special Situations at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and Managing Director of Convertibles at Bank of America. Additionally, she was a Co-Founding Partner at ADAR Investment Management. Throughout her career, Abby has also held various directorial and vice-presidential roles in equity-linked sales, trading divisions, and convertible trading and sales at Bank of America, as well as Natwest Capital Markets and Bankers Trust. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from New York University.
